Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Certain items (e.g., hygiene products, perishable goods, customized products) are non-returnable.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:
If the product is returned in acceptable condition, we will process a cash refund at the time of pickup or provide store credit for your next purchase.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is inspected.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
To replace an item, you must return it and place a new order.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Products without original packaging or labels.
Clearance or final sale items.
